I don't think you can compare Excel Saga and Love Hina because they are so different. Maburaho I haven't seen.

But hey, don't listen to little old nooc..

I don't know about top 3, but my two favorite are as follows:
1. Excel Saga - sure it got annoying at times, but it was funny.
2. Full Metal Panic Fumoffu - Watching Sagara run around doing serious combat in that suit was hilarious.
I don't watch too many pure comedy animes. Any good recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

um....i think my favorite has to be full metal panic fumoffu!!!!! it's just hilarious! i've heard that azumanga daioh is pretty good too...um...i don't really know...coz i don't really watch anime that's JUST comedy and yeah

I like those two best. Maburaho is just great, the whole stealing his "genes" thing cracks me up. Love Hina is classically funny.

Rizelmine was ok... I didnt get to see more than one ep of it but it had good potential from what i saw. I wish i could see the rest of it someday. I wonder how funny green green is.
