I don't know her. Haven't seen her in the manga. Maybe its an anime original. But lately I have heard that they will do an arc presented by the novel writer though I'm not sure. I think its about swimsuits.

That much I already know. I'm just wondering whether she was at least hinted at in the manga (I don't remember anything, but it may have been a minor thing that I missed). I mean, just judging by that little screentime she had in this episode, she did look like an important Academy City person and not just some random filler character.

It's hard to keep track of all the characters, but no, I don't remember her either, honestly.

And the people discussing her on 2ch are just speculating about what kind of role she has and if she's a villain what kind of fight can she put up. Oh, and about how odd her name is.
