MPC/VLC with Vista

Does anyone else have trouble getting subtitles to work with Media player classic on Windows Vista, the option is blackened out for me. i know it should work but not getting it.

Have you tried it with more than 1 anime. It may be that the anime that you're trying to watch isn't subtitled. And also, if the anime is subtitled, is there a little green type arrow on your task bar near the time?

1) Make sure you are using CCCP.
2) If you are, go under Settings and check Reset All Settings and then hit Apply.

If that won't work then get the CCCP Insurgent, go under Tools, Test Render, select a file that is giving you problems and post the log here please.

Nope. CCCP works absolutely perfect on Home Premium here.

CCCP works with the Ultimate version of Vista here.

On a litter note I have never had any issues ever with using VLC and having subtitles.

Why would it not? CCCP is basically just that + proper configuration.
