Graham: Sacrifice one and save the rest. Alternate choice, nuke earth and the whole population dies with the book. Graham have tried his best but could not find a way to save both Hayate and prevent the book from going berserk at any moment.
Regeis: All resources and manpower are diverted away from the ground forces and given to the rest of the TSAB. Expending the number of administrated world despite lacking in manpower and resources worsen the problem of security. Rises the problem, nobody cares and ground security suffers, yet they shoulder all the blame when crap happens. Have no choice but to work with the brains. Not smart, but no other choices. Short-sighted? I don't think so. The situation did not present an alternative. |

Graham has a defensible position, but Regius was very short sighted in terms of what were the possible pitfalls and consequences of his actions, not to mention that he was trying to make deals with someone who could run circles around him with his own plots.
And had a almost perfect spy in the command structure. No, Regius was not blind to what was happening to the ground forces if no one did anything. But he was pretty blind to what he had gotten himself into. |

Actually, I think Regeis knows what he was getting himself into. Remember, he shoved his best friend under the bus to try and get some defense for the ground. Too bad in the end the whole event was blamed on the brains and Regeis and thus no change to TSAB.

Why can't the Nanoha cast just mature into verterns like for example how different Amuro is when compared to in the original series and his CCA counterpart? |

As unlikely as it might seem...
It would be an interesting development for Regius if we learn in Force that he knew about the Eclipse and its dangers and was trying to do something about it since the rest of TSAB was not taking the treat seriously. Why not Regius and Curren even knowing each other ?

I never said anything about Curren manipulating anyone.
Maybe doing jobs for him. Curren did jobs for Vandis before. Besides, if Regius knew of the Eclipse incidents, knowing about the leader of the Hulks would be a given.

Enough of one to affect StrikerS' plot before even being created in the first place, at any rate.
And would Regius really think that would be a good idea? At least Jail was sort of with the TSAB, Curren just does whatever she wants. |
