lol of course what i said is only a speculation just like the cross dressing thing ...and we can also predict that the aunt will "tease" terumi while murasaki sleeping beside him .... so for now anything can happen ..

and i think its better if we stop that ntr thing .. that word cannot use that easily..
besides there's no kaoruko and terumi , they are not a couple , so even if (there's a possibility) kaoruko sleep with another man that's not what you called an 'ntr' ...

For me Kaoruko is not a target, in the chapter 4 the author wrote "Genji x 14 women x the beautiful aunt". It leaves me to think she is not included in the 14 women.

There seems to be a lot of confusion right now about the girls from Genji and the girls in this story. If you been looking at the manga closely. Every girl thus far either has the same name of a girl in Genji or similar to it. Albeit there are only three, but I think it is safe to assume that all future female targets will have names similar or the exact name of their Genji counterpart.

Here from Minamoto - Kun Monogatari on the left with Genji Monogatari:
Hanada - Hanachirusato
Aoi - Aoi no Ue
Asahi - Asagao

Also, there were plenty of other girls that Genji went after out of that 14 list. So don't worry about Kaoruko.

Maybe Murakami is To no Chūjo in the Tale of Genji, this is a character who can match him.

Apparently a pathetic figure throughout the narrative (he is cuckolded by Genji, sees the women he would like to have taken away from him, becomes a puppet in the hands of his mother and her political faction)

I think too, Murakami lives with Fujiwara who is probably Lady Fujitsubo

Good analysis, it could potentially play out that way. Though I was leaning towards the Suzaku's part.

i'm being a little annoying with this but i really think even if they not become a couple the poor murakami has no chances with the aunt xD
cause for what i see they were talking about the genji tale but minamoto was feeling jealous and the aunt noticed that.
she only invited him to spend the night for that reason

Aunt's name is Fujiwara(I dont know her name till this chapter 96), maybe still a chance she is a target, Genji first love is Fujitsubo. At the beginning it's a girl inaccessible for Genji, he seeks a subsitute and decided to raised Murasaki (even if its him who raised Murasaki she was like a mother figure to him)

You forgot that they had a son because of that affair, the kid's name is Reizei and later becomes the future Emperor. All of which the entire nation and his father, Emperor Kiritsubo, as well believed that he fathered the child.

I get the feeling that Kaoruko is about to use this poor kid. Also, it will serve as a learning experience for Terumi. He noted that he felt jealous which by all right suggest Terumi will learn how to manage jealously. He had a problem with it with Hanada so this could serve to help Terumi.

this serie is really hard to understand, for me murakami is something similar to chuujou that make her apperance and than continued as a side character without any big event

Biggest cocktease manga of all current series. I'm seriously hanging on til chapter 1000 to finally get to the kaoroku sex scene... Screw ippo, screw conan, screw jojo, screw the police manga. This is the only title i care for that can run forever.
