Animes that meet my long list of requirements. (Too long to list here)

I'm pretty specific when it comes to what I like but also all over the place....so you might have a little trouble finding something for me....

First of all, I like magic, mahou shojo or mahou shone or even magical animals are fine. Examples will be Lyrical Nanoha, DNAngel, Matantei Loki, Mermaid Melody. Cool magical battles like Nanoha will be a bonus, but it's not necessary.

Second of all, romance, don't care if the main character is male or female, series MUST have romance. But not pure romance like Hatsuki(or however you spell it), and I'm not into those animes that came from renai games like suzuka and Canvas 2 cause that would fall under pure romance, but a series must have at least 40%romance. Mermaid melody is okay...it kept me entertained for 28 epis...but there's a bit too much romance in it...Examples include Ginban Kaleidoscope, Matantei Loki, Spiral(a little too little in this one).

Third of all, relaxing, slice of life, cuteness, comidy must take up at least 20%, examples will be Bottle fairy(love those fairies) and Aria, Ginban Kaleidoscope.

Fourth of all, a good, deep plot, depressing is okay, with a strong theme too. Example will be SHinigami no Ballad.

Fifth of all, if possible, over 13 epis...I'm tired of short animes...but this is not necessary.

Lastly...Good art style....

Whoohooo...I finished...lol, good luck finding something like that...I'll reward who ever found a perfect anime for me...

well, bleach and One piece is good, but not so much romance. For romance Inuyasha? or Tenjou Tenje, it's pretty good, got everything you want.

Maburaho fits your likings fine has all but not sure if its all that great, but that's just me.

Full Moon wo Sagashite.

What else...
Princess Tutu
Inuyasha maybe. Only 20% romance though.
Juuni Kokuki is one of the few series that I don't mind having no romance, because it's just so freaking good. It fits your other criteria I think.

Paste anime title in the search bar found here for more details.

Let's see....

Inuyasha...hate the art, and the plot....sorry...but I just don't like inuyasha no matter how I look at it...

Princess Tutu.....I have something against balles and...tutus....but the story sounds really good....and that boy is cute....oh yeah.....this was the anime that my perverted friend want to watch because the girl in it turns in to a duck and when she turns back she's naked....but other than that...it sounds okay....

Full moon....dunno how romance is going to work out with a shinigami...but I hated full moon manga...is the anime better?

Juuni kokuki looks violent...and the art isn't that good....

And tenjou tenje look mature.....

Sorry people....Heeheehee....sorry for criticizing your choices....please...think of more?

Well at least on the Magic, good plot, over 13 eps and good art style deparments Junni Kokki and to a lesser degree Full Metal Alchemist might met your expectations (Juuni Kokki has some characters dedicated to the day to day life of some of the characters but it is a minority... and while it is a little violent is is far from being the focus of the story)

You might also want to see Kino no Tabi, even though it only meets your slife of life/depressing/good art style requirements

was Maburaho ignored because it's a nice series. LOL

Anyways how about flames of recca, and the Gundam series has basically everything you want except magic but instead it has mecha. Gundam X is a good series to start.

The anime is much more lighthearted... and some of the plot is changed a bit, a few aspects different. I liked the ending a LOT better in the anime. And there really is something missing when reading an manga about a band or pop star or w/e... there's no music, lol.
Spoiler for differences between manga/anime. ending spoiler, too:

It is a bit violent but not too bad... and I dunno, I thought the art was very good. The story is the best I've seen in anime.

Well, not that I have a recomendation that covers all of your wants, but I thought I would point out that Suzuka isn't based on an ero game (or any game at all). It's a manga serialized in Weekly Shonen Magazine (along with Negima, School Rumble and a host of others). Thematically it doesn't really fit in with the series you're asking about, it's more like I''s or Open Sesame.

Actually, I might have a recommendation. Okusama wa Mahou Shoujo is a magical girl show that seems to fit all of your other requirements. The only problems is that it's only 13 episodes, and it's about 60% romance rather than 40%. But it has slice of life, plot with strong theme and the rest covered. Though I personally find magical girl battles silly, it does have several scattered throughout the series.

My HiME might also cover your requirements. Technically it's not really a mahou shoujo show, but it does have girls with powers. It contains some slice of life-ish stuff (mostly near the beginning). I don't know if it's got a particularly deep plot, but I don't know that most of the other ones you listed do either.

Have you considered Mai Otome? You didn't mention it in your "seen" list.

The girls are not quite "magic" but pretty close. Animenfo.com lists it as "magical girl", FWIW. It has some romance for you. I'm not sure if it's 40% but romance is certainly there. It's got cuteness and comedy coming out the wazoo. It's certainly a good, strong plot, but it does take a while for the ball to get rolling. And it's 26 episodes. So there you have it. Everything you need, nothing you don't.

Have you read the manga? Mashiro is a GUY crossdressing as the princess and is the main character.

while reading your post, I was thinking about card captor sakura...

Any way...I think Tsubasa Chronicle fits your requirements. It has magical elements, romance, deep plot, cute characters like mokona, and approximately 78 episodes. ( the production is planning to have 3 season. First season ended last year, second season will start this april and third season will be next year)

I wonder have you seen kamikaze Kaitou Jeane. It is also over 13 episodes and a 100% shoujo anime that has magic, romance and cuteness.

Tokyo Mew might also suit your taste. It also has the elements that you're looking for. The magic girls here changed into animal form to fight aliens. The series is kinda environmental friendly.

The only fanservice (I'm assuming you really mean ecchi fanservice) I remember is her transformation sequence, and I think they only show it a couple of times in the series, mostly towards the beginning.
Spoiler:
It does seem to fit all of the requirements I was given. Well, except for the fact it's only 13 episodes and the fact that it's more like 60% romance.

EDIT: I also assume that the requirements were listed from most important to least. So it was more important to find something magical-girlish than to find something that was 13 episodes.

I don't know about Tsubasa, but Cardcaptor Sakura would be a very good recommendation also.

Hey! You recomandations are actually the closest of all to what I like! I watched CCS and TRC already, and loved them both. KKJ I was actually trying to check out but it's licensed...and Tokyo Mew Mew....never gave much though on it...it just look....a little strange....

FOr the rest:

Kino no tabi is okay, it looked a little boring...other than that...it looks pretty good...

Maburaho...looks porn...but it seems okay....

Okusama no mahou shojo just doesn't appeal to me....

Mai-Hime and Mai-otome, not my type...maybe I'll check out the first epi and both of them...cause I dunno what I think about it.

Honey and Clover, the whole 'three guys over one girl' goes under pure romance...

ANything else I missed?

Sorry guys! I know I'm harsh....but keep thinking?

Well, just by looking at the ones that have already been rejected I would think that Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (full on romance, and it's also based on an ero-game) and Jigoku Shoujo (has the magic angle covered, but that's about it) would be out.

Mushishi might be it though. I haven't watched it, but I know it involves those kinds of elements (not sure about the slice of life elements).
Maburaho is not porn (though it does have a ton of ecchi fanservice).

Ah, I wasn't criticizing your suggestion. Just making a comment on what I thought of it. And I did kind of want to know what was going on without having to watch it, so thanks.
