Not at the beginning, he was fat, weak and ugly at the beginning. After he gains a door that allows him to travel to another world, he gains a status window, a house that has overpowered weapons and power up items like tomatoes, potatoes and other vegetables with magical properties. As he levels up quickly, his body starts to change and he becomes incredibly strong and good looking.

2. Is this a harem?
The novel has an "harem?" tag, and there some female characters that shows interest in the mc.

3. Is there snusnu in this novel?
Nothing so far, but I believe that there maybe a chance in the future. There are some items can increse the mc' sexual energy and there are some mentions of the "mc's big size" afters his appearance change.

Thanks to the magical door, he can convert some of the objects in the other directly into money gaining millions of yen in a day, he keeps the money in his items box.

After his appearance change while he was going to a shooping mall, he helped some people in a model photoshoot because the male model didn't appear, becoming famous as a new model rising star.

He also got to be admitted into one of the most prestigious highschools in the country after he saved the director's daughter. This happened before the mc's appearance change, a group of males tried to take her with them, as no one around tried to help her, the mc tried to stop but he got beaten up instead, however as someone called the police the group run away before the police arrived.

Well, here are some of the events that happened in the other world:

He starts gaining levels quickly by defeating the monsters that live in the forest (the house that he got after arriving to the other world is inside a forest), as he kills monsters he also gets some rare items thanks to his high luck attribute (a magic necklace, a magic guitar, a magic hair brush, a magic tooth brush, a magic portable rotenburo, a magic futon).

While in the forest, he rescues an adventurer party from some monsters and he learns the location of a nearby city. He also tames some monsters while in the forest, a black wolf puppy that he names Night and a red haired piglet that he names Akatsuki. In a cave in the forest, he finds the corpse of a sage who was also the previous owner of the house in the forest, he also gets a magic book that he uses to learn about magic.

He leaves the forest to explore the city, rescuing some noble in the way. In the city he registers in the merchant guild and gains a lot of money selling some peepers, he also registers in the adventurers guild and goes to the library to learn more about the world, he also get interested in learning how to make magic items.

While exploring the interior of the forest, he is attacked by a strong monster, but the monster is killed by a white rabbit monster. The rabbit teaches the mc how to kick, when the mc's kicks greatly improve after some hours the white rabbit leaves, after that the mc gained a new tittle called "Apprentice of the kick saint".

^Sorry, I called it events cause I wasn't sure about how to call it. And responding to your question, I think that there's nothing else particularly significant. In the real world, he went to a trip to the mountains with the school and now he's preparing for the midterms exams and the school's festival.

^Normally the real world parts have a more comical style, like for example when the mc unintentionally shows off his OP abilities, like when he catches fishes in the river very quickly using only his hands or him scoring a goal in a football game from the goal while playing as a goalkeeper.

^Though there are some signs of girls interested in the mc, there are no clear signs of anyone in love with the mc. About the reactions to the mc's change, the people that knew him well like the bullies or his twins brother and sister, they just though that he got a plastic surgery. When he meet the girl that he saved the other day, she just got slighty surprised by his change and just asked him if he got thinner.

You know, I've seen some stories where the male MC magically becomes good looking like this one, but I can't say I've seen one, at least a Japanese one, where that happens to a girl.

I don't mean stuff like getting a makeover, or even losing weight normally. I mean the kind of magical stuff you see in this series, plus I was talking about isekai stuff, though I wasn't clear.

There's also that potion one where it's just teleported but she became younger and can create potion to make her skin smooth etc

I found some info about the LN version, it seems it's gonna be different from the WN version. the author included a character that didn't appear in the WN version (the 2nd girl in the cover), probably there are gonna be more changes.
