Ayaka Sajo is Saber with a Magus personality, Lancer's master is actually Rin with some Kotomine within her perhaps, Gil doesn't seem as mean as he is in FSN...

You know...techically Red Saber outranks all the Kings (Arthur and Gil), as she is an Empress...though also techically that puts her on the level of Alexander the Great as he probably was crowded "shahanshah" after taking Persia. Unless Gil's ego places him as ruler of all, thus Emperor. And Arthur...being "King of the Britons" would equate to the past and future ruler of the British Empire...though the Brits don't use that title unless India is in the crown. Though, Arthur...Empress of India, sounds interesting...especially if Ciel is involved.
