Primula calling Rin, oni-chan doesn't sound so good as Rin. Anyway apart from that, Great to see more of Rim-chan. She was in the Ship at the Very Start of the Episode and then in the jet fighter loved that moment when Rin ate some of Primula food then he falls on her anyway, cant wait to see the sub so I can understand what Rim-chan was saying, oh! and kaede and Sia at the end dont like yuri, so glad it wasn't primula, still kaede... and Sia..

Nerine finding a guy who likes omelettes. Ama dating the two dads (we're still not clear on what happened to Asa dad... but the way they talk about him I assume he's deceased).... the dads are clearly both open for fun as it were.

But I doubt the writers have it in them .... <sigh>

Yeah I think that second paragraph isn't very likely at all in this genre. It's exceedingly rare. In fact, off the top of my head, the only show I can think of in the genre that did that was Kanon (and you can't buy that OVA episode anywhere anymore). The first type is probably the only type of OVA I could imagine; it'd be the sort of thing I could see them throwing in as a mail-in bonus if you buy all the DVDs, for example. (And lord knows that we will have paid enough to deserve some sort of a prize at that point.) Since the hype train will calm down significantly by October, which is the soonest they could release an OVA episode, I just can't see them doing a full new marketing effort for it. Plus, I just don't see that either the ratings or DVD sales have been that impressive, even for the genre. If you want my most honest opinion, I think this is it. I think Navel's going to move on now.

Primula seems to have grown again. Primula ftw. The animation seeems a little iffy too .

i think that Primula is somewhat creepy ... getting a crush on the one she think off as her older brother *shiver*

and i do think that there is more into the indirectly convo between Ama and the kings ... they practicly says that they know her ... and they are sorry for what she's been though, and she 'counters' with taking the hat off and bow deeply, and due to the EP then she keeps the hat (god forbit otherwise) but wears it more loose with her ears sticking out

the cute-Kaede Demon-Nerine God-Sia which he didnt end up with any of them from the blurb.

OK guys i finished watching just a second ago first i want to clear up some stuff...

asa is HOTT with long hair only when she lets it out... afterwords when she ties it up doesn't look so good i think. next... god there was a lot of blood. next... do u really die that fast from slitting your wrists?? -_-''' no experience in it and never plan to. They gave Kaede fans some fanservice with Kaede coming out onto porch at night with only bath towel... and its very short..............Yes the hankerchief man is in this i don't think he said anything to rin but just put his hand on rin's shoulder with a smile meaning something "like thank god you didn't pick my 3 girls" and Rin just looks at him and says "who the heck are you". After the *end* of the series which i say is after Rin's revived, the animation changes quite a bit. It seems almost as if another team is doing the animation. Its kinda wierd but meh its all good. Primula is the one telling the story and she's well..... she has a hell of an attitude i guess you could say. And so they go through a day of life at school and itsuki decides to ask all 3 girls out consecutivly being shot down though nicely with the phrase "i still like rin" Then of course mayumi comes and laughs at him and he says that he loves all girls of course mayumi is part of it...... IF only she grew some breasts and she pulls a psycho roundhouse kick... and then it shows the 3 other girls. A screen shot from earlier when u saw seed sia, nerine, and kaede. AKA their freaked out lol. As you know Asa is taking part time job at that cafe. Rin goes to the restaurant after school and kareha is there to kinda flirt with him at the same time her sister is sitting there looking at the menu (this girl can't stop eating those parfaits lol) Asa comes to do the order after Kareha calls her and embarressed scene then some fanservice for Asa. The credits are great i must say. Shows Primula playing cards wth the 2 gods and her picking the joker. They start laughing at her and she freezes the place LOL. the next one... is the best.... omgomgomgomgomgomgomgomgomg Its been brought up and a picture has been shown but i'm going to make this whole thing into an animated gif and your going to all see for yourself... Kaede is getting makup put on and then sia pulls kaede over to somewhere else to put somethign else on or something, they trip over the table cause sia is walking backwords. Sia falls on the ground her boobs bounce all around then kaede lands headfirst on her breasts and bounces foward and gives sia QUITE a long kiss...... and yes.... it is a kiss... a DAMN GOOD ONE TOO. how do i know? cause when they pull appart the artists decided to pull a kannazuki no miko kiss on them and you have a silver strand of saliva between their mouths just to show how juicy that kiss was... god -_-''' as a male...

nothing turns me on more than that... i had to watch the scene over and over again after i saw it the first time... god its good... god i love yuri.... YURI BANZI.... BANZI.....it seemed hotter than the kannazuki no miko kiss but too bad its tiny screen on side of credits....

I will later go and make the whole thing into animated gif. probably tomorrow. Last short scene is Asa getting hair cut from Ama. YA!!! back to short.
Speaking of Ama. she meets 2 gods on the street and they stop and watch her pass and when she passes a bit they say "someone you know sin chan?" "nope though she looks like/reminds me of first test subject (dont' remmeber exactly what they say as far as what they called her or whatnot but its something like this) they don't look back and she takes off her hat and bows to them. When she is cutting Asa's hair her hat doesn't cover her ears anymore.

Well all in all great anime. Only gripe is that the ending seemed a little pushed. The whole find asa then suicide part took only the first half ofthe show. They've done this a few times i think now including the primula saving part. They finished that also in half a show so i guess its their thing. I like how they showed afterwords though but felt that everything went back to normal too fast. I'm kinda freaked out how Asa revives him and then just -_-''' doesn't feel kinda freaked out cause the guy u love just commited suicide successfully but meh o well.

Can't wait for subs to come out so I can read more clearly what things say but there was nothing really tricky about the conversations this time. Well you guys... if ya can't understand raws you've not watched enough anime. I've never taken any japanese in my life but i've watched animes for a good 5 years. That alone is enough to learn most of the common japanese phrases. so good luck and keep watching. I had a great experience with everyone on the forum. Hope to see you in the next big anime i feel that i must watch and discuss.

girl-girl pair. That looked to me like a big, open-mouth, wet kiss. I'm looking at it right now. There's a fair amount of saliva being exchanged as they separate.

I know Rin has gotten close to kissing Asa and Sia. Is the Kaede/Sia smooch the first and only real kiss we've seen? And we see it as the end credits of the final episode rolls. If so, I think that's pretty funny.

I have seen a fansubbed version of the voice actress "live" special ....kind of interesting watching them try to sing live --- only Motoko's VA and Haruka's VA sort of pull it off well ... and Motoko's VA (Asakawa Yuu) has several albums to her credit (some pretty good stuff).

Don't get me wrong, I'd *LOVE* to see a proper conclusion, but I'm not finding data for such a thing. Any leads you have would be appreciated.

I have the Perfect Collection set .. which includes the 24 episodes (plus the 25th must-see Motoko ep), the Xmas and Spring movies, as well as the "3 ep" OVA that ends with the marginal closure off with Seta in his airplane).

You are missing the Love Hina Endless Pack which contains the drama CD for the Final Manga.

OK TO CLEAR UP ABOUT THIS LOVE HINA STUFF.... there is no anime finish to the manga. you guys are getting confused about the Love Hina Final Selection. http://anidb.info/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=anime&aid=35 look here and check all the specials. Yes there is one called final selection but do you know what? i've seen it a billion times... its simply episode 22 23 and 24 mixed together into kind of a special. It ends the same way as the ep 1-24 anime itself. Love Hina Again is the final episodes done for anime. These last 3 seem to have another set of artists working on it and truthfully the animation sucks but i guess u get to a good stopping point. It is somewhat like manga but ends differently. After Love Hina Again, or at least what occurs in the manga.... there is more that happens however it may not be appropriate so it is not continued on as an anime ... at least this is my belief. SO lets end this now... only the manga.. finishes the story. Good night

Well, don't have much to say except stand up and clap since this is one of the better b-game converted animes I've ever watched.

Hopefully stuff of this quality will continue and the future. With Canvas 2 and this I really can't complain...except that the bar, at least for me, has been set very high so I wonder if I'll be able to enjoy other stuff as much, hah...

Overall, I'm really happy with Shuffle. I wouldn't rate it out of 10 or anything like that because I'd suck at giving it a numerical rating, but I really enjoyed it, and that's what matters. And it looks like quite a few people agree with me.

Nah, I assume that he does mean b-game - as in bishoujo game, the super-genre. (As in, the bigger genre that this ero-game/Visual Novel falls into.)

And, for what it's worth, AvatarST, I enjoyed the show, but I find it lacks a bit of coherence in the storytelling/planning department. Basically, it's enjoyable so long as you don't try to put a great deal of thought into trying to add up and connect the pieces and finding a deeper message in the "big picture". (You know how I am about that sort of thing. ) In that sense, I felt it never really did grow too much past its "path-based" game origins compared to certain other shows in the genre, so perhaps a bit of lost potential there. So, all in all, I felt it was a decent show, but I'm not really prepared to call it a classic. I guess I'd sum it up by saying that it's a show about cute girls, hijinks, and high school romance, but not really a show about love. That's not a bad thing persay, but I feel they had the potential to do even more - to leave us with a much more profound message or truth - and that irrespective of which girl he ended up with. Perhaps this criticism may go over the head of many people, but I'm sure you'll know what I'm saying. That being said, I've still decided to keep collecting the DVDs (despite the insane price... ) so I guess all is not lost.

So, Rin cuts himself. I haven't seen this episode or played the game yet, so could somebody fill me in on some things? Where did he get the idea to cut himself w/the razor? How did he know that Asa could cure him? Did he just assume "hey, I'll cut myself, and force Asa to forget about her retarded-ass vendetta against magic on my behalf?" Was any common sense used here at all?

he remebers boxcutter then starts walking away from her and asks her one last time. tells her that he wants her to live no matter what and there is no world without her... and he basically slashes his wrists... and lots of blood everywhere and Asa screams NOOOOOOOoooo runs to him and holds his wrists that just keep bleeding and just keeps saying don't die i don't want you to die DONT" DIE and he says some stuff to her as well and dies. Then she screens a light surrounds them adn shoots up in the air and then he wakes up with asa looking over him and a little glowy and a glow around his hand where the cut was and he says "o hio" i think... thats what it was basically hello or whatever.
