The vampire hybrids in Karin are infertile thats why the full blooded vampires hate them so much.

May be it's just Jealousy, because full Blood Vampire can't walk in Daylight which they can. Half breed also can survive without blood for longer period than them.
Not to mention halfbreed ability to contact with water,taste food,and still have full blood quality like anti-aging body,and beauty.

If it just infertility, they also have childless full blood vampire

Full blooded vampire's aren't infertility. Hybrids are infertility and thats coursed by there sex chromosome structure and numbers which usually prevent them from pairing up properly and creating successful embryos.

Perhaps that is Kanon's purpose. Being the daughter of a very abnormal Vampire and a normal Human, as well as the reincarnation of Sophia, maybe she will not only not be sterile, but have children that will have fertile offspring with either Humans or Vampires. Basically a third group between the other two. I am sure if she got married and got pregnant it would start the unfolding of many new events and plots, and probably force Karin's parents to come forward so they could protect her.

You could be on to something there.

After all, Sophia said she isn't needed anymore since the curse was broken.

And Sophia's only purpose was to allow vampires to have more offspring so their species wouldn't die out.

So that could mean Kanon is a true Dhampir but just doesn't show any vampire traits because maybe they're just recessive.

I really do like your theory though. It's better than just assuming everything ends with Karin and her daughter ending up human.
