That would be the most confusing power ever. Would it be a devil's fruit that lets it's user turn into water? And it would be disabled when he/she gets in water? Or, would it allow him/her to swim (xD), well that would get my vote as the most useful fruit in OP. Or would it allow to create water? WAAAY too confusing.

As for me, I'd like glass fruit- limited invisibility+sharpieness. Ultimate fruit for them assasins.

I want a devil fruit that can controll the earth, not sand it is lame.

Maybe if it is to close to Mr. 0's then i would take something like an "Ero-ero no mi" (ero = erosion)

Simple, really:

Academic Academic Fruit;
Class: Physics;
Model: Newton Newton Fruit.

Ability to create control, channel, and amplify/nullify 'Force'.

Note: This fruit is actually very very powerful. Think about it.

At its base level, it can create 'force fields', or make any type of impact-type attack (including sword attacks) harmless. The ability to create force from nowhere and channel, and control it can create truly powerful attacks.

Then think about the potential to create forces at any place you choose that move outwards from a point. EXPLOSIONS!!

Then, think about a pulling force, that pulls objects toward it, and then, at its center, there is an exploding force. A destructive 'Black Hole'.

And last but not least, the ability to control Gravitational Force.
I need not tell you that this is a truly great power.

The only opponents this wouldn't work against are Logia users, who are invulnerable to physical/impact attacks.
