Itsuki's giving Kyon a facade so as not to let him know what he (and probably what the organization has in store)... of course.. him acting like that made the fans brand him as getting GAR on kyon...

and then EXTENDING and EXAGERATING that point of Koizumi, Koizumi Itsuko has been.. more or less, been said to be a "lezbo" but most likely it's a front as well.

as for the "peek at my skirt" Koizumi likes to tease Kyon every now and then right? again.. EXAGERATING that... Itsuko would then tease kyonko far more times than itsuki... and besides... fanservice...
doing it with 2 girls wouldn't be as disturbing with 2 guys... <_<

...Thinking about it, that's kind of a valid comparison. After all, both Koizumi and Akira have a facade of sorts (although Akira lets hers slip fairly often).
