Too bad she's so terribly underpowered gameplay-wise. She was quite useful in ME1 where geth were an extremely common enemy, but still less powerful than Garrus or Liara.

In ME2 she's practically useless, especially when Legion can do everything she can and has the badass anti-tank rifle, and the many squadmates with Overload (Garrus, Kasumi, Miranda)... I found Zaeed (for Squad Disruptor Ammo) and Miranda (for Overload and Unstable Warp) to be far more useful on geth-heavy missions.

I would love to get this game. But after that Origin mess, I am afraid I am going to have to miss out on this. Shame since I wanted to see how all the stuff I did in the previous games affected the universe.

Since I don't play on the highest difficulty, I have the luxury of not needing to min-max to survive. So I just design my Shepard's skills to compensate for Tali's shortcomings.

There is nothing wrong with blond hair. But as we all know default Femshep had been a redhead since the very beginning. Without the historical value I would have preferred something black or purple.

Looks better than blond, definitely, but I still think she looks too young and soft. I wish they would have strayed closer to the Ellen Ripley/T2 Sarah Connor style of badass women in their late twenties or early thirties.

Red headed females in video games are mostly always either hot headed or seductive. I personally approve of the official one being red head mainly because my fem shep is already a red head.

At least this one doesn't look like a....lesbian like the previous default fem Sheps you could make.

You'd hit angsty jailbait now I'm not one to judge but...

Ever since someone on another forum pointed it out all I can see is an angsty teenager when I see that

Don't forget that this Shepard was brought back to life with regenerative technology, so let's just justify it by saying she lost some wrinkles in the process.

Or let's conclude that you don't start to look old until you're at your thirties or for the lucky ones your forties.

Shepard was only 26 or 27 during Mass Effect 1 and when he woke up in Mass Effect 2 he was the same age considering he was dead.

Considering the events of ME2, my Shepard gained some orange-glowing scars and cracks... until I got the reconstructive surgery and returned her to her original attractive-yet-badass countenance.

Stress can cause you to age prematurely, and I daresay the events of ME1 and ME2 were of a stressful nature.
