Use either AppLocale or install the 1.10b version (Manual Install)

I'm out of town and my game is put on a flash drive for now, so is it possible to download the patch and choose which files it updates? Otherwise it just says "file cannot be found" since the files aren't on the hard drive.

Download the "v110b.zip" version; that is a standalone / portable one. It just includes the updated files which need to be extracted in the game root (replacing the old ones).
Again, if the provided mirror doesn't work I will upload it.

So... I recently got a laptop for college next year and installed ougon onto it, I'm having trouble activating the meta-world though. I think the laptop might be incapable of taking three buttons simultaneously but I'm not sure. Has anyone had this problem or know a way to get around it or should I just give up on the meta-world? (which would greatly impact Battler, Ange, Lucifer, Virgilia, etc since their meta-abilities are a solid part of my strategy with them.)

^I use a laptop, my one has a block on the keys.
So I just got a usb cable and stuck a ps3 controller on, works fine after some button adjustments.

Probably the region has nothing to do with it... I mean, they know they recieve worldwide downloads, why would it be blocked in any way? =/

That might be the case, and if so I recommend you to try binding all 3 in a single key (with the Ougon KB, of course xD). If that works, then it really is the laptop's keyboard.

It works when I spam those three keys... eventually

Better off waiting for a 1.10 Keybind =P

Download, unzip or extract from raw (dependong on if you have 7zip or winrar).
Then click the one thats application.
