For me, what makes a mecha interesting is the basic design first, then the color scheme, then weapons comes later. Transformable & exchangeable feature is just a bonus for me. Just like I like Liger Zero from Zoids purely from the basic design and not especially due to its interchangeable weapons/armors. The many weapons a mecha possess does nothing to me if they’re presented in a bad way (like the clashing colors of Destiny’s Sword & Cannon compared to the main body’s color scheme ).

Also when I talked about Strike being boring, I meant the plain Strike without the packs (even though I don't fancy the packs that much). I do like it when it’s in deactive mode with only the knives or grand-slam though.

Most gundams are the same boring without their designsgimmicks and weapons.

I like Liger zero, in fact i still need to build my koto model. It aint the most exiting zoid out there, but it can switch packs. I got it because it's the star of the show, but i prefer the yeager version.

But we do get some interesting designs sometimes. Like the Exia, Astraea, Astray, S Gundam, and many more. Those Gundams already look interesting even without any weapons.

Btw, Firefox, do you have a Geno Saurer from Koto? How does it compare with the Ligers, Tigers, and Wolves? Is it easier or harder to build?

I hope so too, the beam sabers in the HG doesn't give it enough justice. Perhaps the AMEMBO v2 too.

I think so plus it's also just resting on the DB, being a MG sized part. Got the pic from a 2ch thread, which someone obviously wondered about the same thing. Maybe Bandai is making them MG exclusive, to justify the separate MG model a little.

^ So what? If AGE 1 is the Rx-78-2 and the AGE 2 is the Zeta, then why wouldn't AGE 3 be the ZZ?

and that's why I like AGE 3 more than age 1 family.
