Cintiq Tablet
If you know what that is then you probably know why I am inquiring about it. However, I am having difficulty finding a good place to order it and the sites I am checking are giving me mixed information about it's price and abilities, etc. There is a 21" version. Is that the Cintiq 21UX? Or is it the 20UX? Also who is the seller of these things?

You mean who manufactures them? It's all Wacom. Cintiq is just one line of their really high quality tablets. I'm jealous.

I am using it for easier manga modifications after I draw it on paper. Plus when I am on a plane or something I'd be using this rather than my giant drawing book, which has too much loose leaves to be opening up with 2 others bumping elboes with. Plus I like expensive toys

Holy crap, mixed feelings of being glad for you and wanting to strangle you a bit.
The Cintiq would be a dream come true. And it's Wacom, so you can trust it's good sh*t.
