Yes, they are both voiced by the same seiyuu. She is quite good at her variations. She actually has utilized three different voice-variation.

Fansub is out.
I try not to rely on caffeine unless absolutely necessary, I usually get by on sugar rushes. :P Tea makes you go to the toilet more often by the way.

maybe it's only half as effective as to a red kampfer,
