Not exactly, butler is not written in capital letters so It must be his occupation. So all these Battler Ronove yaoi had a hidden meaning after all.

It seems he is just half-Japanese and, a sommelier? His description looks strange. And so Ronove like. We should wait for a better translation of his profile but It looks really interesting. At the magazine scans he appeared apart from the rest of characters too.

Uh, no one's surname is written with a capital letter at the start on the site, Butler could easily still be his surname. Though, I wonder what the kanji after the "Batora" katakana mean.

Here's a translation for the new character, there was a little more I was unsure about, including what 23番市 is.

Here a translation of the newest character update. His dialogue on the right is in Chinese, so I asked a Taiwanese friend of mine to translate it for me.

Keireiji Souhei

An influential man in a large group of repatriation soldiers that frequent a bar called "Bar Nobushi",
I wonder if that's how we should introduce him.
As a commissioned officer, he commanded a large
group of soldiers, fighting in the southern jungle.
His reputation for leading the roughest men out on the front lines
was spreading to a great number of repatriation soldiers.
After the country was defeated, and the soldiers came back, and
no one extended any welcome to them, much less a job.
He said that he wanted to accept and care for all of the soldiers,
believing each and every one of them to be, without a doubt, worthy of respect.

It seems people attention to this title is fading a bit. Or maybe they need more sexy women to get attention. Not sure of sure about what is the next character

I noticed the the last characters (the ones with question marks) was already names 林原樹里 (Julie hayashibara) and マダム・ジャンタ. Also these characters are named as character_naz1.htm and character_naz2.htm instead of the usual character_cha1.htm

There is going to be some new material of RGD at 07expansion event this week so we might get something new soon on the official page.

After the initial announcement and the reveal of some of the details about the story, there hasn't really been that much new information. Well, the characters drawn by Ryuukishi07 will be revealed in a couple of weeks.

I was wondering what 'naz' in the filenames could mean… Nazi? Anyway, I'm curious to know what's so special about these characters.

Yeah, the 07th Expansion Storming Party will be held soon. I hear a trailer for the game will be released then. Should be interesting.

I think that Nazi would be plausible. We have seen Americans and Chinese already but there wasn't any German or Italian character. We don't know exactly all details of the war outcome on the story so it still is possible.

But there is a little problem about the last 2 characters. On the diary section there are images of more characters. 3 woman and one guy(besides the bodyguards like characters behind the guys). So some of them can't not be included on the character page.

I'm starting to wonder how many characters there is really going to be because now it is sure that there are more than 16.

Yeah I think it's mainly because the current state of affairs has been more or less the same right now.

We at least get to see how impressive Ryukishi07's kyarakutaa dezain skills are.
