I felt the same at first, but what do I expect, It's Tomoya,
in episode 18 AS, Kyou, Tomoyo, and Ryou coincidently showed their feeling about Tomoya.

Tomoya x Kyou is nice, though Kyou with short hair is eww >_>
Still, I prefer Tomoya X Nagisa ^^

This was a pretty good What if? episode. I will agree it did feel a bit rushed. I rather liked Tomoya and Ryou as couple. It sure got complicated. I agree with Sunohara, "I wish I had your problems" As far as the character that got glossed over, that ends up with Ryou, maybe we can imagine it's us the viewer.

for me, this is the best episode in all clannad series. the depthness is really superb..also love the different colors at the end..wonderful artwork..

I still think it's absolutely stupid how they killed off almost all of Kyou's charm by having her cut her long and beautiful hair. This is probably why the ending didn't faze me as much; it just didn't feel like Kyou.

I agree, i like the long hair better.

At least they put some kiss scenes here but...well... I think this epi is better than Tomoyo's Arc in term of art-quality, and that's all. And did anyone hear Kyou say anything about feeding Tomoya to the sharks if he loves Ryou?

Well I could imagine she did, but it's not issue because it's based off Tomoya liking Ryou first, where in the OVA Ryou was interested in him first thus even by what Kyou said it's just fine .

Huh? Even in the VN Tomoya had the same reaction to Ryou's confession as he did in the anime. In fact, Kyou was actively trying to help get those two together (it showed a lot less in the anime though), so it's completely impossible for Kyou to say something like that.
