I agree with Lily improving in my eyes, but I was still really sour with Larry. Just because he had a reason for his assholery doesn't mean I had to let how he has treated everyone in the group (outside of Lily) go. And he had left me for dead at the end of episode one. I did try to save him when the choice came, but that only to get in good with Lily and to not be directly responsible for another death in the group. When Kenny killed him anyway, I was pretty satisfied. It was as much as a total win I could get in the situation, with Lily's hatred directed at Kenny, I can keep trying to be the mediator rather than the direct target of her hate.
As for Kenny, he did get really bratty and I'll definitely remember him bailing on me in future episodes, but I tried to give him most of the benefit of the doubt since he is looking out for his family first and I actually respect that (Lily and Larry were to, but they could fend for themselves better than Katjaa and Duck could) and he had saved me when Larry tried to have me killed. And I imagine that Larry's no-remorse willingness to kill Duck without making sure he was really bitten back in the first episode most likely drove Kenny. Also, Larry was basically dead and little shot of resuscitation, I knew he was dead either way. Now, like I said earlier, Kenny has used his mulligan up and if he keeps pushing me, he'll be dropped. From the way Lily is appears to be falling apart at the seams in the episode 3 preview, I might need him.
Spoiler for Spoiler.... ish?:
Well, as I just found out the other day.... the Lily in The Walking Dead Game is the same Lily that serves as kind of a big event in The Walking Dead comic (which I'm not currently reading, but still found itneresting). So I myself don't see anything too bad happening soon (maybe to Kenny or his family), other than Lily leaving the group.
Just thought I'd bump this topic up to let everyone know Episode 3 is now out for those who don't know. Haven't played it yet, but I plan to get right to it soon enough~
It was ben who did it. And saying you did it wouldn't have helped anyway cause Lilly wouldn't believe you.

Episode 3 seemed to be really good but I hate how they handled a certain pair of characters. If you've played Episode 1 you know who I'm talking about.
Ugh, I loved everything so far, until they killed off Carley in episode 3. It's not that she dies that pisses me off, it's how she dies. And with me being with Lilly in good terms you had no influence over her to listen to a reason. All the decision so far ended with this episode. ''The game is talored in how you play'' my ass...
But I guess we all knew she was about to die. The producers weren't gonna drag multiple decisions throughout the game as it would made their working hours a bit longer.
Well.... finally got around to playing Ep. 3... and...
Spoiler for Game and maybe comic spoilers :
I had Kenny shoot Duck... figured at the time it was for the best... but now I'm not sure. Also guess we should'a known Lily runs off, seeing as where she ended up in the comic.
Also, wanted to see whether anyone else had heard that TellTale has decided to continue with the Walking Dead game after the 5 episodes. Apparantly what we're playing now is Season 1 of the game, while Season 2 will contain a whole new cast.
Just a reminder today that Walking Dead: Episode 4 was released today. I myself won't be able to play it for afew days, but I thought I'd let everyone else know~

Well, shit. Looks like Lee is a goner outside of a miracle cure or some makeshift surgery. Molly will probably be back, there are too many unanswered questions about her that was left unanswered so maybe her pick axe will be useful here.
How big of a douche would you had been throughout the series to have the option of going alone to save Clementine? I tried to dissuade Omid and Christa and Kenny from coming with me, but they insisted.
I let Ben die like he asked; he hadn't really give me a proper reason to keep him around outside of the kindness of my heart, so whatever. It looks like it changes the story since he was an option to come with the rescue team, so I may come back to that someday and play with the various groupings for the final episode.
Edit: Apparently, there is an extra tape o]in Doctor Logan's locker that I missed. It explains Molly's secrets. Oops, I guess she won't be back after all.

Reason: Added comment.
So... I just started playing this "game", more like a visual novel really. I had been under the mistaken impression that it was a FPS, which kinda killed my interest, so when I found out that I was wrong and that it was a point-click adventure type of game, interest perked up considerably.
Episode 1:
Spoiler for Tidiness:
As is my usual practice for first runs, I played it straight and chose the rational options, the nice-guy ways, and generally do my best to be a shining hope-spot of humanity.
Damn was it hard.
I think the only time I "lost my cool" was when Larry threatened Clementine. So yeah... I called Lilly a crazy bitch and told Larry where I would stuff his feet up.
When the time came to choose between Doug and Carley, I was like, "Really Game? You're asking a guy to choose between a guy and a hot chick?"
I don't think a nanosecond even passed before my mind was made up. I only dallied for about 2 seconds to see if there was a third option. Yeah... sure... I felt some guilt about it afterwards, but hey. It's Carley.
Still, when asked about motivations, I gave neutral answers and didn't want to give her the wrong impression that I was offing a competitor. Hmm... kinda morbid now that I think about it.
So from there on, I was only looking out for two people. Clementine and Carley. I was 50:50 with Kenny at that point, since he was such a yellow-bellied douche. Dude had skills I appreciated, but the constant crumbling under pressure was really eroding my confidence in him when push comes to shove.
Larry? Dude was dead man walking the moment he punched me in the face.
Episode 2:
Spoiler for Tidiness:
I gave food to the two kids, Lilly, and when Carley refused, to Kenny(which the ungrateful bastard seem to conveniently forget soon thereafter).
I failed to save the teacher. Tried in vain to free his leg, and only realised I was supposed to chop off his leg when I read a walkthrough.
When the St. Johns came by, I was already in "Game's Out To Get Me" mode and was very suspicious about their motivations. The maxim, "Too Good To Be True" kept ranging in my head as we explored the farm. Regardless, I gave polite, if guarded, answers and didn't try to flip tables over until the big reveal.
Despite past grievances, I chose not to off Larry, because it would have been cold-blooded murder, and because I still had a sympathetic spot for Lilly. Kenny really took the cake for pissing me off though, not so much for killing Larry, but when he hid in the stall while I was struggling for my life after he made so much hoo-ha over how gung-ho he was going to be on the St. Johns.
"Thanks, Kenny!"
Carley rose like over 9000 points in my book when she arrived to help save the day. I chose not to kill the St. John brothers, because you know... not becoming the same monsters as them and all. Felt a little guilty about leaving them like that when Andy started screaming Lee's name pathetically in the rain.
Episode 3:
Spoiler for Tidiness:
I nearly abandoned the game during this episode, because Carley died.
Only thing that brought me back was helping Clementine, but still... Carley died.
I chose to come clean with everybody, because as they say, "Honesty is the best Policy". Haha.
When Lilly killed Carley, it was the last straw for me and I basically threw her to the road as we drove off. Whatever sympathy I might had have left for her died the moment she pulled the trigger on Carley.
I chose to help Omid first, because the guy had an injured leg.
When Ben confessed, I was just about ready to throw him under the train. But... you know, what would be the point? Gave Ben a pep talk to straighten up. Sadly... I don't think it caught on.
I chose to help Kenny off Duck in his stead. Guy may be an ungrateful, yellow-bellied douchebag, but still... it wouldn't be right to make a father off his own son.
Well shit. I'd insert more swears in there, but you get the picture.
The wait for the last episode is going to be a tough one. Mostly since now the question is just how bad is it going to be? I can't believe they got Lee bit/scratched near the end of this episode. Gives people more than enough time to detach since we know he's dead.
Well pretty much expected it with the kind of story they told to this point. Was just hoping for something better. I mean damn Lee and Clem only got this far relying on each other. If he goes what hope is there for her even if we can rescue her? May have given her some skills but if she loses Lee....Of course maybe it's not all doomed. Could just be a scratch. Since they are already infected maybe enough anti-biotics could allow him to survive the bite/scratch. Not like the bite turns people into zombies, just leads to them dying from an infection. Of course with this game that isn't too likely.
Will have to see how it all ends. Even though it looks bad, still work playing the last one when it's released. Though if Lee does end up dying might just take away any interest in replaying it.
There were some plot devices that were a bit hard to swallow when you reach Crawford which kind of bugged me. One was zombie appearing in the closed hallway, despite all the doors being blocked. Ben removing the axe from the doorway even though there should have been a horde of zombies behind them. The zombie attacking Lee when he approached clementine's walkie talkie, despite white noise being blasted from it should have attracted its attention. I still manage to get everyone to help save Clementine though, even saving Ben and giving one last chance for his redemption.

Spoiler for Ep4:
Yeah, the plot devices at times were tough. I mean no matter how dumb Ben is, he isn't that stupid. Plus the zombies just happened to vanish long enough for him to feel comfortable taking the tool (that they brought in the first place) but then almost instantly coming back to break in?
The bite thing was just weak. That walkie talkie is making enough noise to lure in Lee, but the zombie doesn't react for all that time until Lee moves in? Plus we go all on about choices, but no choice decides whether the MC is going to live or die.
Not sure how much it will matter who you brought along at the end (the game does manage to negate the point of your choices rather quickly). Still I also managed to grab everyone hoping it'd make even a small difference for the end.
Kind of wish it was December and the last episode was out. Want to get the last one over with since it's guaranteed to be a depressing ending.
So Walking Dead Episode 5 was released Nov 20, so the final episode of Walking Dead The Game Season 1 is out. Unfortunately I've spoiled everything to myself already, but I still plan to play it eventually.
Just letting everyone know so they can see how it all ends~
