In CT everyone had a story, not just Noel, Ragna and Jin.

It's just a reconstruction of the canon story of Calamity Trigger. Of course it left out all of the non relevant time loops, bad ends , alternative and joke stories that ended up being irrelevant to understand Continuum Shift.

edit: it does have parts of other characters as well

Does the true ending change in Extend a little? I don't have the game yet, but I played the story mode for both Calamity Trigger and Continuum Shift 1-2.

Also, in the Japanese voices the Imperator has been recast and is now voiced by Yukana, and all her lines were re-recorded with Yukana's voice.

That seems rather unnecessary, using Kondou Kanako like they originally did would make more sense considering Noel and the Murakumo are all clones of her. So they should have the same voice.

But eh, it's probably just a one-off thing to promote Yukana and her music so I'm not expecting it to happen in the next title.

well.. while they indeed they did had same VA, Noel, Murakumo Units and Saya had different tones. so I guess it's fine if they changed Saya's VA

Well whatever it is, it's definitely connected to BlazBlue. I was kind of doubtful until I saw that shot of the cauldron opening, and now those doubts are pretty much all gone.

An RPG based on the BlazBlue universe would be interesting to see. It'd be able to give the world some more depth better than the main fighting games could.

Really hope it's not a visual novel though, cause then it's chances of localization drop dramatically. Aksys may have localized 999 which was like a visual novel, but I'm still not very confident about them doing so for this one, even if it is related to BlazBlue.

Well they released Hakuoki to states so I don't think they would mind bringing this too, especially if it has any connections with Blazblue

I don't mind a blazblue VN. I actually like the idea. But the art style is... bleh. And what I assume is the male lead looks boring in design.
