You should see the original manga page...

Actually, why not?

Spoiler for big image:

This is not a scanlation, by the way. The english is in the original.

Episode 4 largely annoyed me. It was far too emo.

That Satoka person particularly annoys me.

those are long legs

I liked eps 8 & 9, at least for the low-profile show it is.

Yes, ep 9 was pretty good. I guess there IS another way to get rid of nightmares, after all .

It also marks the first time I've ever seen "Paper" used, in the anime or the manga, for that matter.

But let's see... with a total of 3 eps left to go, and no plot arch started yet... I have a distinct feeling this is just going to continue with another 3 short stories and then end.
That's more like some OVA series from the 90's than a TV series.

And I thought the V-Status Check in the anime was disturbing enough... you have to feel pretty sorry for her, though. Not even a kiss? Do all yume tsukai have to pass the v-status check?

EDIT: I hate asking this, but I've searched for scanlations of the manga and can't find any. Hawks's BT tracker is down, and their forum looks completely dead. Nothing's up on TokyoT, either. Does anybody have it?

If you found that scene of the anime disturbing, you might not want to check at the manga since it's much more different... Well actually almost completly different if you ask me (except for the main characters that is ).
And the tracker seems kinda down atm, but you might want to retry in a while, because it was working some weeks ago I think
EDIT: it works now!

and it's over. it was an uneven and watered-down ride, but there were some nice episodes, nothing mind-shattering though.

OK then, where does one find the manga scanlations these days? The link at the beginning of the thread goes to some nonexistent torrents.

Yup, just finished watching it myself. I've been out of town for a few weeks hence the slowdown in releases, but expect a flurry soon. I've got 3 eps left to translate.

I think my favorite episode was episode 10, for purely carnal reasons.

I'm still trying to figure out exactly what the point of the creators was in this show... did they have a point in mind? It was well written but way too predictable, I forsaw the ending like, in episode 2. Well, kinda.

I feel like this scene in episode 7 might have some reference to Ueshiba Riichi lastest manga.

I don't know what his latest manga is, but you can hardly blame him for using similar images to himself.

Anyway, that sucking on a finger scene is copied from many different people's work from the past. It's a classic schtick.
