Interestingly enough, there's still no snow in Toronto. I think there was a tiny fleck of it a couple of nights again, but that was it..
Man, I'm so sleepy.. I had to wake up for a legal seminar relatively early this morning and my condo's building fire alarm went off at 2:30AM. I've always considered myself a likely lifelong condo dweller.. but damn, I totally forgot about these nuisances. Penned in with the rest of the herd of cats as it were.. Reply hazy.. cause I have a damn headache! |

And snow is of course inconveniencing in some ways when you're an adult, and it's no longer the school-canceling miracle that I considered it to be when I was a kid... but honestly, I love snowy landscapes enough that no amount of inconvenience would be enough to stop me from feeling happy whenever I see the world caked in white. I also hope for a few instances of snow every year so that my nephews can play in it... and in a few decades we'll all have self-driving cars and the inconveniences will be gone anyway. |

A little bit of snow here, personally I don't like it all that much. With the exception of maybe beautiful scenery of the sort if it's present but that's it...
Last year was pretty snow-less (dry?) around my area. Though other cities sure got a fair amount of snow. Actually... now that I think of it there was some snow in the middle of April, and little in early May too...that was strange. >_>

I'm actually still a young, vibrant man! I just meant that even when I've grown much older, I'd still order sodas at the bars. My fault for the poor wording. Like you I just like seeing the world go white, and the smell of the air, and the quietness. The calmness I feel. I've even got a bunch of songs (including some Miku ones) that I save for listening on snowy days. It's one of my favorite things to do.

Driving in the snow really isn't too bad, as long as you know what you're doing. Now, dealing with everyone else on the road who may not necessarily know what they're doing... is another story
that being said, I personally like snow, only because I'm used to it from being a kid, and winter without snow just feels wrong

I heard of a local doctor who does that while my mother had an appointment.
