I'm glad you watched Clannad and I hope you watched the second season Clannad After Story and the extras too.

My recommendations maybe based on a reason that they are good enough to be kept stored in my PC for rewatching. I saved my favorites.

Amagami SS and SS plus - Romance ecchi, its a must!
Another ( its said already)
Highschool Dxd - nice ecchi and very funny
Infinite Stratos + Ova - Scifi, action
Kore Wa Zombie Desu ka - supernatural comedy (the second season is ongoing and its a killer, must see!)
Kyoukai Senjou No Horizon (the second season is upcoming, a must see as well!)
Bakemonogatari and Nisemonogatari - supernatural with a little dark side, a must see

Well, currently ongoing and a must see.

Eureka 7 AO - sequel of Eureka 7, scifi, a load of action
Lupin the III Mine Fujiko to Iu Onna - its more focus on Fujiko but come on, you won't miss out Lupin here.
Sakamichi no Apollon - SeijiSensei recommended it to me so I recommend it to you as well, slice of life, friendship with sip of Jazz, a must see
Sankarea - zombie girlfriend? man, she's cute. romance, fiction
