But Ichigo has the undefeatable power of plot armor. Kubo can give him Aizen's private areas on a silver platter if he wants to. That said, I like Zaraki like he is now. Being able to kick people's asses using just a shikai is something out of this world. Literally.

There can be a possibility of romance but if it's as poor as Naruto, it would make only worse.
I mean the potential is great with Orihime's confession which was clearly romance and well Rukia/Ichigo long-term relationship, but I think there will be little to none romance further

I actually hope he learns to use his Shikai or get a Shikai and Bankai

He's really one of the weakest Captains (YEAH I SAID IT!!)...All he has is reiatsu spam and those Zanpakuto fillers made it even worse--his fight with Tenken where he spammed all that reiatsu almost made me hate him

He'll be forever fighting weaklings that don't really have special ability like Noi (I don't care if he was ranked #5, Aizen never saw any of them fight and they were not ranked properly)

Ichigo is the main character but seriously Zaraki had the just under Shikai Ichigo level reiatsu. He can't shunpo, he has no defense--partially because he doesn't mind getting cut, since he thinks almost dying is fun and because he has no defense and is all offense. He can use his noodle (brain) in a fight, but he has no kidou, no shikai, no speed...just reiatsu and a hax kendo move. He has nothing to compensate for what he lacks...just reiatsu...Do you know how f--king boring that is?!?! I like his attitude, because ...well I can relate --because I like fights and I don't run from any fights...but I don't think I ever ever want to see him fight without a special attack, because like I said before, he'll be forever fighting guys that don't have special attacks, so he can actually win

Nothing but reiatsu spam...I can't get with that

It's another reason why he doesn't do much in the movies or the fillers because he can't really do anything and would get his ass handed to him by anyone that have special attacks

I just thought about all the fore-shadowing that has been done. Ichigo will regain his shinigami powers, because it is possible. His father has a similar version of Zangetsu, and seemed to know alot about the last power that takes away one's shinigami powers. Don't you think that his father could have done the same thing, and thus had not been active as a shinigami for all that time. If you remember the first time he showed up as a shinigami, and talked to Urahura, how Urahura was like "Your powers have returned, my padawan" (lol not really but similar(not in that he is a student of urahara)). So he might have done that technique too, and lost his powers, only to regain them. He might've even been training the full bring shit too. which would explain alot.

Just because Yammi was confirmed to be #0 doesn't mean he wasn't #10 anymore as well. For the record I believe the most recent databook confirmed him to be both. Anyways, I don't think that's one of those scenarios where readers called out Kubo for forgetting what he wrote. If anything, people love to criticize how pointless it all was to make him #0 in the first place. It was a very weak surprise that hardly served any purpose beyond giving Ken and Byakuya a sandbag to keep them occupied.

Am I the only one that sees something wrong with this?

With regards to Chad, I think people tend to criticize Kubo for failing to "remember what he wrote" here because the series had already established 2 explanations as to how he gained his powers. These same explanations were then contradicted upon learning how all the fullbringers supposedly gained their abilities. At the very least, Kubo's been consistent with the fact that his powers are hollow based for quite some time now.
