Anyone here thinks that Tatsuya's chin in the illustration is way too sharp compared to other characters? The rest of the casts don't have chin THAT sharp compared to him.

Just a little complaint. The summaries that EnigmaAxiom made by combining whsie and raptorfalcon's summaries are really short and difficult to read compared to the original ones. I re-read and discovered it was such a pain to read. Since they're all from whsie and raptorfalcon's whom he gave the credit to in his recomposed summary anyway, why don't he just copy and paste.

There isn't several type of laser. A laser is a beam of light, but depending of the lenght wave you have different effect. Right now militaries search for specific laser in the X ray or Gamma ray because they can go through matter and distroy it and isn't reflect by mirror.

For the shooting, Even if he doesn't move, the fleet move. So he doesn't shot the fleet he shots where the fleet will be when the projectile will arrive. This means that when he shots the fleet is at more than 20 km but the projectile will arrive when the fleet is at 20 km.

Well, it's 85 km at least.

I'm sure that in EnigmaAxiom's summary of web 3 Yokohama Mayhem Arc, Tatsuya conversed a water drop of 50 milligrams to use Material Burst and wipe out the retreating Chinese fleet from 85 km away.

After that he used it again to completely annihilate the entire Chinese fleet waiting for dispatch in a certain Chinese base from Tsushima base (an island located near South Korea). I don't know where the destroyed base is though, I have 3 guesses.

1 - It's located in mainland China. Then it would be over 600 km distance between them. That distance is simply overkill.

e.g. Chinese base ==> a certain island ==> Japanese base

2 - In South Korea, the inner Korean Peninsula where the Peninsula acts as a shield from the base, Korean Strait and Tsushima Strait when the tsunami occurred from material Burst was blocked. The approximated distance should be around 160 - 250 km.

e.g. Chinese base ==> Korean Peninsula ==> Korean Strait ==> Tsushima Strait ==> Japanese base (maybe a certain large island between them)

3 - Somewhere near that isn't located in the 2 places above. Maybe it's Chinese region near Korea, North Korea or whatever it is that has an island large enough the block the tsunami from affecting Japan when Material Burst is used. The distance can vary greatly from 100 km - 1,000 km.

e.g. Chinese base ==> a certain island ==> Japanese base

I think it should be #2. Since that would be the place I'd build a freaking military base to invade Japan. Anything in the mainland China is too long and more suitable for invading, say Philippins or Thailand or Indonesia.

For the scale of his destructive attack. Well

When he used it on the retreating Chinese fleet, he converse a water droplet with 50 mg mass into energy equal to 1 kTon of TNT. The whole feet was completely annihilated. I suppose that in reality, all the ships in a fleet should remain a few distance from each other so that they are visible in sight, but not too close that the silly accidents like crashing each other would happen. So the scale of his destruction should be at least more than 1 km in radius.

Then he used it on the Chinese flagship in Chinese base located like 200 km away (my approximation). This time he used it on the map in the flag ship, mass 1 kg (that's really heavy, I suppose it's not made from paper) and conversed the map into energy. This time though, the energy released is equal to 20 MTon TNT (20,000 times more powerful than the previous one). As the description goes, the city that the base is located disappeared from the map, the nearby cities destroyed from the heat wave. Think of it as dropping 1/5 Tsar Bomba (Tsar Bomba is the most powerful nuclear bomb human ever created, it was originally designed to have a power equivalent to 100 MTon TNT but the Soviet feared it would cause too much damage to the world they decided to reduced it to 50 MTon TNT and proved it in Siberia, if the bomb is dropped in countries like Japan, UK, France or Germany, the whole country will pretty much disappear from the map). And Tatsuya simply used that power to destroy Chinese base. I figured that the radius of area heavily affected (completely destroyed whether by the explosion or heat wave) should be over 50 km. That's really large!

In comparison, Mio's Deep Abyss is around 1-2 km in radius, she will also exhaust her mana (whatever magical power is called) since she doesn't have inexhaustible mana like Tatsuya (which added to how overpowered Tatsuya really is compared to the rest).

I wonder if he really need to shoot bullet to use material Burst or can he just converse anything he wants to into energy. Since shooting through a water droplet from 85 km far away is impossible.

well, no matter how badass he is, he still breathing with air, if some magician can isolating air like what Valia (from Save my Earth manga) do, then he pretty much useless

for those who don't know:
Valia sphere can isolate anything including living or non living organism,energy,etc. One of the user can isolate air around a person to kill him.
Imagine to have the air around you suddenly decrease so you only have two inhale before chocked by your own CO2
instead focus to your power to crush your opponent, you'll focus to your lung

Even if that were the case, he could still activate Gram Dispersion. It's not like you immediately go unconscious without an oxygen supply. There's nothing saying he couldn't use Gram Dissolution on the area around him or even on his lungs, should this air cage or whatever be confined to that area.

Distance isn't particularly an issue. Physical Distance does not affect the magic in any way in this series, other than making it difficult for a person to perceive it (it's easier to aim at something that is 5 meters away than 50 meters away if you're going off eyesight, but if you know the distance is exactly 50 meters, it's just as easy to aim at as it would be if the object was exactly 5 meters away). So long as he has information pertaining the target, which he gets from Third Eye, he can use his magic, regardless of the distance.

With that said, I do think he was relatively close, since the tsunami was a danger to Tsushima bay should the island the Chinese Base was on was not acting as a dam of sorts.

Also, he didn't need a bullet. He had only used a bullet because he had nothing else he could focus on. At that time, he didn't have third eye to give him information. He only had information on the bullets he had on hand initially. Again, it's not like he's aiming or shooting, he's just invoking his magic on an object whose information he has read.

It's not just about destroying the country, it's probably destroying the whole world, making it into bits. We still don't know the limit of Tatsuya's power yet. Thinking about that really scares me.

Right. Nothing's been said about how much energy he actually uses for it. It didn't seem like he ever really got tired, though, since he inherited his massive magic supply from his father. Also, he used material burst twice in one day, so it's unlikely it produces a large strain for him.

I believe it said he was 16. As for weapons, why would he need one? He IS a a weapon. Though I suppose you might count his CADs as weapons, in which case he carries 2 silver gun models that he designed.

If I have time, I'll go back and work on the end of volume 4 (end of Web 2) and the end of Web 3. Those are two of the more epic parts of the story, which deserve a translation.

We see the infamous "sniping" scene where Tatsuya goes all "bwahahaha" and kills every No Head Dragon member in the hotel.

Tatsuya is scary

He is pretty much invincible and has some scary abilities, would be better if his clan apologised instead of letting stupid pride get in the way. The current clan head is seriously stupid in thinking the possibility is high that she will lose, when obviously the possibility is 99.9% certain she will lose if not 100%. Prideful thinking will be your downfall and to think that Miyuki is loyal to the clan is naive.
