hi =D, im looking for romance/comedy manga.. preferably unlicensed

and beeing scanlated

Ichigo 100%. Maybe Negima, but I never really saw the romance part in that manga. Sure, some of the volumes have been translated into english, but some sites do have later chapters but wouldn't always provide you with earlier chapters.
You can read plenty of mangas at http://www.anime-source.com/ which will satsify what you are looking for. I simply pointed out Ichigo 100% because it is a good quality manga, but it does have some downsides.

Open Sesame is another one. I just started reading it, and it's pretty good.
