Well, I decided to go catch up on scanlations (mostly in part to the mentioning of the cover page)... and with all you pervs talking about the fanservice, it made me forget just how much awesome action there is to the series

... the downside: now I actually have to wait for this arc to finish...

Other Erza cut her hair. That seems to be a sign that she might last longer than this arc. No point in differentiating them if she's just going to disappear soon.

Oh no doubt theres more twists to come but I wouldn't say I say it only getting started, we're in the midst of this roller coaster arc.
Edo Erza is just preparing for round 2, hence the hair cutting.

I'm just hoping/waiting for the gang to free the guild and all hell is let loose

is the Edoras arc still ongoing? Because I put FT on personal hiatus until the arc was completed and then pretty much read it in one go...

I'd say we're getting close to the final battle of the arc though. Seems that way.

Nah, I doubt you can compress the entirety of a boss fight into one chapter, Kafriel.

It can skew between chapters. So you can have three for example: the opening at the end of one, one dedicated to it and the end in the next right after, or one cliff-hanger chapter until the conclusion.
