I'm not sure if he knew the manga was postponed by a month. You posted after the early release spoilers came out??? I think there may have been a misunderstanding here somewhere

I just wanted to point out that the railgun manga chapter only just came out now so he doesn't think the translators are just really slow, because they weren't slow at all this time around.
