Pretty sure we've never been given an exact answer. I'd say the average lamia is more than capable of breaking all the bones in a human body though. The stronger ones could probably make a car look like an eaten apple.

Then his other manga has male harpies. This one still doesn't.

Lamia and Harpie - confirmed for no males.
Mermaid and Arachne - probably no males, considering how very rarely males of these species show up in any other fictional work.
Slime - no genders at all. Suu just happens to take on the form of a girl.
Centaur - confirmed for having males(?) Cerea has definitely made it seem like there are.
