I don't know if this is really true method but I heard and i believe its been declare that there is a sequal to gundam seed. A gundam seed 2
"During the Comic-Con Gundam panel, Sunrise Director Matsumoto Satoru responded to an audience member's question about a Gundam series to follow SEED. According to him, the new series will be Gundam SEED 2, relesed in Japan in October 2004."

hey and like to ask what is an OAV or stand for?

OAV = Original Animated Video = OVA = Original Video Animation

And the Seed 2 thing is proven FALSE. And a movie WAS in planning stages but according to the director it was CANNED. Whether this OVA amounts to anything else though remains to be seen.

Head here for more info/rumors about Seed sequels: http://aeug.blogspot.com

No. The Chief Gundam Officer has said in the past that they have three fan-bases(seed, first generation, and Sd gundam) and will try to cater to each one. The next series is scheduled to come out 2 or 3 years after SD Gundam Force is finished airing. He said that series would go back to the original theme. Bandai could turn out an ova at anytime, but it seems all quite on that other than the Ova that comes with last dvd.

Well...... other than EW 3 eps OVA or and the EW movie version... there should be 2 more OVA took place right after the TV series. Which I never saw it got release in US?
Weird.....

That makes it 49 Eps + 5 OVA + 1 Movie.
(Mostly these 2 OVAs are like recaps of the TV series, but there are some new scenes in between.)

the only thing I can think of is "Operation Meteor"..........
but I don't think that's count as an OVA.....@@
and for 3ep of OVA, you don't count that as 3 OVA ^^;;;
that's still 1 OVA of W ^^;;;;

Yeah I heard about those... They were supposedly around 5 minutes long each (like this one?) and were mostly recaps so I don't think they should be mentioned (and no I don't think there were any new footage in those).

I think those were called Even and Odds or something like. From what I heard they were suppose to included in the series.

In that case...... I think the G-Seed 5 min OVA won't be on the US DVD if that also the case??

It'll probably get included because they're making the final episode 30 min instead of 25 min, I dont think its going to be a separate OVA, of course I could be wrong, can someone correct me if I am?
