A short 6 (?) episode anime about 2 teenagers who are living in a hospital because they have some life long illness. The guy falls in love with the girl...and that's all i remember from the summary. Thanks in advance!

I can't remember this manga...I saw it and was so intrigued by the art and everything...

So basically it's like this....there was a waterfall or something like that. And these 2 gang members were hiding in this old shack or some place. One of them has a bullet wound, and he wants the other guy to pull the bullet out. The main character has spiky hair, I think he's a Yakuza member.

I think it was volume 24 that I read and that was the beginning...

The one on the right .. The file name claims it's an original work but I would like confirmation. Megami rarely has original work as poster themes so that's why ..

Also who is the woman below, I know it's not an anime but I need to know her name so I can put the poster on sale >.<

What's the manga where the main character can turn into a dog? I think it's called Paradog but when I search for it nothing pops up.

Also whats the one where the character(s) turn into dragon(s)?

Pretty sure 2002 is from Memories Off 2nd with 2010 being Bakemonogatari's Kanbaru Suruga. But what about the rest? 2001 looks like Mitsuki from KgnE but not completely 100% sure.

Artist name takes a little more priority for me. It looks very similar to what Suzuhira Hiro would draw but i don't think it's exactly her.

The artist is 皆村春樹 (Minamura Haruki, but known as "Minamura Halki"). However, as far as I can see, it is simply an original art for the Dengeki Daioh.

That's definitely not her.
The artist is たけぽん (Takepon). Here is his website and pixiv page.

As for the characters:
2000: It seems it is an original character, whereas the uniform is inspired from KGNE.
2001: Considering the differences in the hair style, it isn't Mitsuki from KGNE. Most likely another original character (there isn't much features for identification anyway)
2002: It is indeed from Memory Off 2nd, Shirakawa Hotaru
2003-2008: all of them are original characters.
