I'm a college student and I'm just looking for an anime that is set in college. As for the plot, I'm not too sure what to expect, but I suppose anything is fine. Sorry for being so vague.

Moyashimon: setting is an agriculture college. Managed to be enjoyable and educational at the same time. Watch it for the cute bacteria!

Paradise Kiss: has a group of fashion design students. Great characters, realistic romance are what I remember about it.

Yojouhan Shinwa Taikei (aka The Tatami Galaxy): you just have to watch it!

Gonna third Tatami Galaxy. It rocks, and is probably the most relevant suggestion out of what I've seen. Not only is it set in college, it's all about college life.

I've only seen the first episode so far, but currently airing C also features a main character in college, though I don't know how much that factors into the setting for the rest of the series.

Oh, and seconding Eden of the East, though I wouldn't say the college is really the main setting... it appears for a few episodes though.
