The late king. Willing to be considered as the biggest fool ever in History for the sake of giving a chance to his people to win against their enemies. That was an huge bet he made here, and that paid.
But I want to see Kurami again~~ More Kurami ~~

Okay. This episode is better than I expected. That Gendo pose! And a lot of other references I must've missed.
Oh right, the episode made me remember that Jibril cannot disobey 『』. Excellent. Also, there was so much feels for Steph. It was quite an emotional roller coaster for me. |

The food the elf was carrying was implied to be from Imanity, the quality of food has risen since they started making agricultural advances. Wonder exactly where they are, that forest looks very magical, they might be at the border between Imanity and Elven Gard.
I liked how they switched between Sora's and Kurami's view, keeping the viewers interested. Rather than how Imanity survived before the Ten Oaths were implemented, I'm far more interested in whether Steph's grandfather really looked like a king card from Ep.5. Too bad we didn't get to see his face. Great episode overall 10/10, hope they can keep this up until the end.

It was nice to see the previous king redeemed and Jibril getting her preconceptions about humanity challenged. It looks like Kurami is still stuck with her old way of thinking though - considering Imanity powerless without the help of the magical races. She is a lot less flexible than Jibril (who seems to be slowly changing her mind), and that's weird considering Flugel are much more long-lived.
Episode was better than expected, but I only say that because it's hard to top the amazing game of ep 6. |

This transition ep turned out a lot better than I thought. A lot of good Steph moments here, and the vindication of the old king played out better than I expected it to. Glad to see Jibril has joined the party for good. Enjoy seeing her troll people in their private moments.

I suppose Kurami still reaching for someone else backing Blank makes sense on a couple fronts. Reflects that if she was in the game has those thoughts then the plan worked great. The rest of the races must still be wondering just who is backing these two. But also makes sense that she just can't accept it. If she does it shows how she almost cost imanity their chance to prosper.
Some really nice emotional moments there. Both in how meeting Shiro gave Sora some real hope and the vindication for Steph's grandfather. Humanity has a lot of issues, but there is great potential at the same time. A lot of really good moments to be sure.
