I'm left handed, though I throw with my right hand. I think my left and right sides are of equal strength, which is unusual since most people have one side slightly stronger. To be honest, I can't really use my hands too well. My dad's a contractor, and he often yells at me because I can't even do a simple task, like properly using a screwdriver.

anyways your arms or hands usually shouldnt have any differences in strenght. its just that your coordination abilities are better with the hand you use more often i think. otherwise id have big problems with some exercises at bodybuilding. im righthanded btw... |

I have a friend and a teacher that's left handed. Not really weird to me anyways.
For me, I'm ambidextrose. I'm good with either hand. I'm good with my right hand for writing, I use my left for activities (i.e. Hockey, baseball) |

The lefties i know always shake with their right, so when i shake hands with them they tend to put less pressure into their grip, very pleasant, since sometimes with righties, shaking hands can secretly turn into a strength contest.
Overal i say i like shaking hands with lefties then with righties, since you know what to expect, while with righties you have to compensate your grip immediatly according to theirs. |

Yeah, this topic has brought up some interesting thoughts:
I eat with my left hand for chopsticks but I do eat with cutlery right-handed, I shake hands with my left, When I begin to walk, I tend to start with my left foot, I wear my watch on my left, something a right-handed person normally does, I use a computer mouse with my right-hand, I didn’t have any problems learning to play the piano and these days consider myself to be quite the pianist, Basically I’ve always regarded my left side of my body to be stronger than my right. My body, even without me thinking reacts to this rule too, even though my personal trainer at the gym recons the right side is actually equal if not stronger due to my routine sets where I emphasise more so on my right than left. |

Despite my extreme right-handedness I can hardly write with my right hand, and It's not even worth trying to do it with my left ^^. My father is left-handed though :O. Too bad it couldn't even it out :/. |

Left-handed here. I can't think of anything I'd rather use my right for. Same goes for my legs, always using left for kicking.
However, my right eye is dominant over my left when it comes to hand-eye coordination and I can only raise my right eyebrow( unless I want both up obviously). Left-handed people might find http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Left_handed an interesting read. "Handedness runs in families, although even when both parents are left-handed, there is only a 26% chance of their child being left-handed."

My sister is left-handed and she's spiffy ^.^ Actually, there's a myth that if you're left handed--you were once a twin. But during the pregnancy, the left handed child was more dominant and so absorbed the weaker of the 2. Which is odd, cause when my mom was pregnant with my sister, they told her she was having twins and just my sister was born (left handed) and when my sister was pregnant with her son, she looked like she was having twins and her ultrasound (3-D) you could see a like a double image without it looking exactly the same. Michael, her son, is left-handed. So makes ya wonder *shrugs* btw--I'm not left handed ^^ |

everybody uses both hands
for the right handed ppl their left hand is better at assisting right hands (when you see ppl play guitar...the right handed ppl... use right hand to attack the string to make sound, while using their left hand to hold chords... we can see that the left hand is actually doing more jobs...but its still at the stage of assisting right hands to make sound) and the left hand users are the oppossite i dont see anythings wrong with left handers other than when they write stuffs
