I think it's a "no" to both cases.
Yamamoto's attack is like more AoE type not single target, like cero.
So is Bara's Respira.

Okay heres a quick one though I have found the opinions to be divided....

Is Soifon faster than the Shunsui...? And the reasons behind whichever answer you have.

Thanks.

Dunno, check their databooks...but if you mean faster in combat, Soifon specializes in CQC, so it's only logical that she's the faster one there.

Hmm...databooks dont have stats that you can compare to other captains though.

When I say faster, I mean in base speed, like the speed in traditional shunpo. Nothing definitive straight from the manga?

It has also been noted by Suzemebachi that her Shunpo is the fastest of all Soul Society (excluding Yoruichi).[92][93]

Noted by Suzumebachi? Was that in the zanpakuto unknown tales arc? The only reference towards Shunsui's skills that I can remember was made by Yamamoto (that he can shunpo quite far per step), but I don't think we got a straight comparison between captains.

I think that Yoruichi, Byakuya, Soifon and Ichigo are all great at the short-range shunpo, the sort that's hella useful for speeding up movements in a battle, and that Kyoraku, Ukitake and Yamamoto excel at the long-range shunpo (their age leaves them without the agility to be as good as their younger comrades)

Without spoiling me of course, can someone answer this question(s):

1) Where do I pick up again (from what episode?), the last thing I remember seeing was ichigo beating batman, i mean espada that looks like batman.

2) What episodes can i skip? I think there were some fillers right?

3) How close are we to seeing a closure to this arc? I kinda want to see ichigo fight aizen or w/e, but I don't want to have to wait 3 weeks for it to conclude, or more. So can someone tell me how much longer I'll have to wait to see an end to this arc?

4) Err, since I am kinda impatient, have there been any cool face-offs? Which episodes would those be if I just wanted to watch some badass episodes?

Thanks :]

edit:
For the person who negative repped me, grow up kid. This IS a Q+A thread and I was looking for the opinion of other people. I don't like being thrown a cliffhanger and waiting for weeks to see a conclusion, and so I asked if it would be a good time to pick the series back up again. Of course this is just a point-based rep system that doesn't really mean much in "real life", but please leave your negative opinions and actions out of this forum..I like this forum and I would like for it to stay a relatively clean, fun place.

1) The post-Ulquiorra fighting starts with episode 273
2) There was a single solitary filler, episode 287, but that was quite a funny and good one
3) We're a few weeks away from the end of this arc, with a micro-arc until the story reaches a good stopping point
4) I'd say it's all made of good face-offs, and the battles involved in them run from one episode to the next, so I'd just watch them in series (although 293 is epic imo)

Thank you so much . I will maybe wait a few more weeks then, or maybe i'll just try to watch episode 293? You think it'll be okay to just watch that one episode and not get hooked to want to watch the rest? lawl

What's the name of the piece that is playing at the end of episode 293, like the last song that is playing when Aizen is going on a spree...(double kill, triple kill...overkill extermination...)

I have one question about chapter 245, it may sounds stupid, but how espadas can drink tea with their holes (Grimmjow has it in stomach, Yammi and Ulquiorra - in chest)? O.o

The tea is just one of Aizen's ploys. If you noticed, Aizen asks if everyone had their fill, but nobody but Aizen actually drinks the tea. Aizen knows the Espada cannot drink the tea, and this was one of his ways to mentally torture them.

He also gets Tousen and Gin to write rude things about them on their Facebook/Myspace pages
