hybrid champions benefit from Hurricane or Hydra depending on stance active, so for example AD nidalee could make decent use of hydra in cougar form, but Hurricane would be on her ranged form bleh, while Kayle might take Hurricane since generally doesn't melee later in the game, and not sure about Jayce/Elise.

After seeing Nami's spell kit, she's an instantbuy for me.

Now seriously, I agree with you, people claiming that are pretty dumb. Some facts: Naga Siren is melee and utilizes a root and illusions... They have completely different playstyles and roles. Nagas have snake features, mermaids fish ones. The name a direct copy of wc3. ______ As for the countless changes, will be a fun month after release with no champion/item metagame |

Her kit's very appealing: huge AoE knockup ulti, knockup/stun Q, a chain shot, a mini-phage E and a sprint passive. Might as well see some variety in supports in future tourneys.

Only saw one Zed in my games today...and it was at the bot match of the day :P Seemed okay-ish, strong burst but not as good as Talon imo. Still, being energy-based gives him a good advantage against most champions and with the regen nerfs that are on the way, he could replace a few top picks. Anyway, can't truly comment until I get my hands on him, but I won't be buying this one until then.

Every Zed I've seen so far has fed hard. I've found it easy pickings on Nocturne and Shyvana so far. Guess I'll get a better gauging when I see higher-up ranked games using it. It seems to have good burst potential but I think Zed's a bit fragile in team fights.

Thing is a fed Yorick isn't going to steamroll your team like a fed Jayce, split push like a boss with a fed Shen, or essentially make your AD carry useless like a fed Malphite. As a jungler, I worry more if the enemy top is a Rengar moreso than Yorick because even though both are kinda meh late game, Rengar can snowball darn hard due to his OP passive allowing him to completely zone the enemy once he is ahead. I tend to gank more on top if these 4 are the enemy top, but if its an enemy yorick, I just say to my top to just farm depending on his hero.
And wow @ S3 jungle. Almost as hard as S1 jungle, but with barely more gold/xp as S2 jungle. This is seriously gonna get time to get used to, especially since most junglers can't really start boots + 3 anymore so their ganks are diminished, even if they're only behind 25 MS compared to someone with boots.

As long as you start W and you have people helping you damage wolves + blue, OR you start machete + 5, then you're fine. But 'leashing' in S3 is more 'help me kill this blue mofo ASAP' than anything.
I tested that with a hard leash, boots + 3 pots, wolves > blue > red gank route, you will finish at before the 3 mins mark with ~500hp remaining. And that's with ArPen marks, which is much less suited to jungling now than AS marks if you start machete. I worry about Clairvoyance now though, with its CD being 54s with masteries. In comparison, S1 CV had 55s CD and 47s with masteries. Meaning that enemy support can see your items at 5s in the game, scout again at ~1:00, then have a 50/50 chance of spotting you at 1:55. At 2:50, they'll be able to figure out your general position whether or not they spot you at 1:55, which would lead to the predictability of your ganks. On the upside, Flash base CD is now 300s (yes 5 mins!). Meaning that unless people spec for it (its like 257s with masteries or just under 200s if you also include the boot enchant), Flash becomes a MUCH less attractive option.

That wont matter if the jungle is too strong, Hecarim is extremely fragile and weak compared to junglers like Lee Sin that wont be effected by the jungle changes at all. He can't even effectively gank til 3 or 4(4 is the safest) while all the top junglers almost all can gank hard and successfully at level 2.
