So I searched fairly hard to see if there was a thread for this series already, and finding none, I proceeded to flip a table considering how awesome it is. It's seems a bit unknown from what I've seen which is a shame.

Crimes commited using manned combat-androids dubbed "Katana" run rampant. In an effort to maintain order, the government has organized the AKCD - "Anti Katana Crime Division." Togusa of the 8th squad of the AKCD, while holding existential doubts as a Human-Katana hybrid, continually casts himself into battle...

IMO, it has pretty incredible art and character design (especially in the Katana). Unfortunately I can't read Japanese, and so I'm stuck with what's been translated so far; which is to say, very little.
