Uh....what should I call Irish's hairstyle? I'm calling it "Layered" for now.

Update on a design concept(China's bid for mass produced IS LyowXing):
Originally the shield condenser system only allowed for generation of high density shielding to be used as an effective impact/energy weapon, especially when localized shielding with split second timing was still being perfected. A side-effect was realized. By forcing the shield to a much higher degree of density, it begins to take on the properties of high concentration particle gun energies. Despite lacking a condenser of similar quality, an adequate energy source would suffice. The higher compressed shields cut through matter and essentially even wind, increasing the LyowXing's acceleration miles beyond others. However the necessary power source to achieve this for relevant lengths of time. With the current technology, it is even believed that even a machine such as Akatsubaki can only achieve this for minutes before shutting down.

Side note - What do Plastic Explosives usually look like? Google's being an Ass again so I can't search.

Plastic Explosives look like clay.

Their explosive more like moldable clay (hence "C4 Claymore" is a pun), soft and puffy. Usually packed with a fiberglass box or waterproof plastic bag.
