Just watched: Nice episode. Adele making use of her suit as a shield kinda reminded me how I use some SRW bots with high def and hp as frontliners.

This show would really be a beautiful game ala-Fire Emblem or Dynasty Warriors.

I am trying to answer some of the question in this ep

Q1. Why did the student on Musashi look so powerful?
A1. Actually, it is the contrary - TU looked so weak. It's because TU was here for supervision / diplomatic mission. They had only bring three ships, three gods of war and a few army with them. They were not prepared for a war.

Q2. The TU's Tercio and the Musashi's army. Why didn't they use a cannon or something to blow them away?
Musashi is in disarmament status. They don't have any weapon at all. All the weapons of those students are personal possession.
TU has three ships. I think their tactics is

correct me if anyone has read the novel)
The number of ground force of TU (Espana and KPA) is much more than Musashi's. They destroyed the rear of Musashi's ground force and enveloped them in a plain. Then beat them by superior numbers.
Then, the ships turned to the command centre - Musashi.
But it was defended by Musashi herself and Tomo. Tomo took down one ship and probably will take down others as well
Also, it seems that TU hasn't brought any other heavy artillery.
So both of them have not heavy artillery left for the ground force.

Q3. Why didn't Tomo shoot the Tercio?
A3. Tomo's Shinto god wouldn't allow her to shoot people. She could only shoot inanimated object or evil spirit.

Q4. Only one god of war? Why?
A4. Two were destroyed by Honda Tadakatsu and Kasuno. Also, it was only two days. The reinforcement hasn't come yet.

Q5. Why did Margot use the big shot only after she was shot? Why didn't she use it in the beginning?
A5. It's because she shot money! She has to use her own money to cast the shot and no one will pay it for her afterward. So she has to think carefully.

Yeah, it's 10000 yen (~120US$) she blew just for that last shot. (Not counting the previous ones).

Nothing compared to what Shirojiro had to pay in episode 7 though XD...

It's in Tactics A-2 as well, but its nerfed so bad its 1000 = 15 to 30 dmg if I remember right...

Shirojiro had to pay for 150 of Musashi's guards, had bought an entire neighborhood block and even had to enlist some people to hoist Jizurisuzaku.

So from what I saw through the episode, it looks like Malga and Margot has a spell casting system similar to Shinto (using Ether + catalysts) to use abilities; this is probably the reason why they were considered to be Heretics by Pope-President Innocentius.

And did anyone remember what the two said about Musashi? It looks like they were forced to leave their country and eventually learns to love Musashi their only home.

It's kinda sad, really.

This is the difference

And I don't think Shirojiro will give them money after the battle or maybe loan them money with interest

she can shot at her sensei because she reduced the damage and only hit her without hurting her

That's not the point, Asama didn't aim for a specific part of Oriotorai, she just appended a targeting blessing and purified deviation and impediments, (which gives the arrow the ability to reroute.)

I think that's right. Mostly it's just shoot without intention to harm the person (objects or anything else's ok). You're referring to this right? 本気の対人攻撃は禁じられています。

By the way, the "official response" (going to put this in quotes) to why Musashi's allowed to participate in the war despite 18+ is because Tres Espania "accidentally" attacked the other parts of Musashi but didn't target the Ariadust Academy directly, so Musashi "just happens to be there" to clean up the mess ...
