and it is not rocket science because in the US, no eviction order would have been issue until the ownership issue has been resolve.

if no one buys the land from the state, then the state is the landlord if that someone buys the land, then he owns it and he becomes the landlord and if you buy a house built on that land, you buy it from him (the landlord) if he only rents you that house, they you dont OWN the house, but you have a claim to it so long as you pay rent if you dont pay rent, you get evicted its not screwy, its simple real estate and in the US, if you dont pay the rent, you'll get evicted all the same the fact that you CLAIM that you own the land, doesnt mean that you do and the fact that this case has been in court for quite a while, shows you that the court had good reason to suspect that they dont have a case

the state owns the lands until proven otherwise and the family admited this fact by paying rent for as long as they did before they cant suddenly decide "we dont acknowledge the states ownership of this land" as an excuse not to pay rent if they dont have proof that they own it after spending years paying rent

what i mean by no default owner is that in a case where the ownership of a piece of land is being contest in a court of law. The state does not became the default owner, the state cannot collect rent or issue eviction orders. the state State cannot assume ownership of the contest land until it has proven that there are no legal owners.

it started out AS the owner of that property it was the owner until that point and the family admited this fact by paying rent for as long as they did TO the state authority the family accepted the states ownership of the land all that time the only thing that changed is that the family suddenly said "we dont acknowledge the states ownership anymore" and made a claim that THEY owned the land (without enough evidence) in addition, they stopped paying rent, and hence got evicted

there is a REASON why the state owns the land
the Jewish Association was a body formed in 1891 for the purpose of buying lands in the holy land for jews to settle in (this is about 60 years before israel was created) thats why i said that the state owns the land by default it was the original owner of the land because the Jewish Association bought it from the owner during the times of the ottoman empire and this whole thing is getting way past the point and the point is suprisingly simple the families in question got evicted because they stopped paying the rent not because they are arabs if i dont pay my rent, i'll get evicted too people only chose to make this a public relations bit because they are arabs and seeing israeli soldeirs evicting arabs out of their homes makes for good press new topic http://edition.cnn.com/2009/WORLD/am...ing/index.html Mexican official: Hijack suspect is alcoholic, drug addict Quote:

Look: I think the Israeli government needs to do something about its PR department. In today's media, if you don't put forward your own line, someone else is going to do it for you. If someone is screaming and yelling as a distraction, then your megaphone must be louder than theirs.

I have been wondering if we should start a thread called Israel-Palestine Conflict, then get the moderators to merge some posts into that thread as that it is one of the major concerns in the Middle East for quite some time already.

I second that, though, I think the best way for this to end, is simply to allow anarchy in the area.
Generations of leaders have fought over it, to no end in sight. Generations of families have died over it. So, really, it is a kind of anarchy there, and thus, let it reign in the region. I'm absolutely serious. |
