I dont think that makes him a pervert, what guy wouldnt want his work place to be filled with miniskirt wearing women? If Roy Mustang demands they wear miniskirts then it must be done!!!

Probably just a front as someone else said. Still, I'd also love to see such spin-off someday as how Riza managed to endure just the thought of Roy acting like this on a regular basis. He keeps on finding ways to make me laugh a number of times.

A lot of people say that Roy is probably the only person to snap with gloves on and I agree with that because if you can snap with gloves on and an explosion takes after that, then you are legendary.
