Predictable and fairly cliched way to wrap things up, but still pretty enjoyable. My favorite part was when Saizo said this:
"That is Isanami! Acting without thinking and causing nothing but trouble. She's grown into a bigger form, but nothing else has changed!" That's pretty clever, as well as cute. Overall, the series had a lot of uninteresting and unexplored characters. Some were trite (the monk and the kid), while others never really got a chance to shine. (Rokuro.) It was a mixed bag, however, as I did enjoy Isanami, Saizo, Ana and Kamanosuke. (And that includes most of the main protagonists, which is a huge plus of course.) The art-style lent itself well to the series. Though it wasn't greatly detailed (and the characters looked like they went off-model in some scenes, especially Ana), I liked the character designs in general. The musical accompaniment, while not fantastic, really did grow on me. (I almost tore my hair out the first time I heard the auto-tuned ending, but that grew on me too, strangely enough.) It was a bit of a rocky road, and some episodes were definitely a lot stronger than others, but I'm going to say that this was a marginally good show. Worth watching for some laughs and lighthearted adventuring, but does little to truly stand out from the pack.

Finished Brave10...was disappointed. Saizo didn't live up to the expectation that was built at the beginning of the series and Isanami was weak and useless to the end. <_<
