and in Japan I guess there are many other inspector and enforcer but we only see those that we already know

A bit of a bump, but I'm a bit unclear on how Psycho Pass is measured. How is the sibyl system abletodetermine someone's PP and CC? I'm guessing that it has to do with a microchip implant.

Finding a crime coefficient is done by brain scanning by the Sybil system, and if the scanner is blocked from reaching a person's head, it won't work.

A person's hue is determined by a non-Sybil computer program, and I believe that's also done by brain scanning. I don't think it involves implants.

In the PP era, most people let Sibyl analyze for their most suitable marriage partner instead of choosing by themselves. A lot of people only know they are homosexual from Sibyl’s analysis. Gay and lesbian marriages are accepted.

I know this is a few months old, but: Japan only. Based on the last few episodes, Japan developed the Sybil System, became autonomous, and then promptly closed its borders to other countries. The Chief hints that the rest of the world is mired in relative chaos (implying worse than how things currently are in real life), and that Japan is the exception.
