Counter Force worked by influence people first. When that fails and the situation become unfixable, THEN the CG get sent in to nuke the place to high heavens.

At least with the Mage's Association you know you're going to get stabbed in the back and can shank them first.

Well, seeing as Gaia called in the Type's from other planets in Notes, it's got some way of reaching out to outer space. ORT is proof of that. Besides, they can't justify using the Arc-en-Ciel short of a major threat. It might send TYPE-EARTH after them instead, see how they like having unkillable things on their planet.

I thought the big deal with the True Ancestors and all is that there isn't a TYPE-EARTH, and that there couldn't be; the planet cannot produce an Ultimate Being like the other planets.

TYPE-MOON got the Moon dropped on him by Zelretch. He's death. If you're talking about Earth's TYPE, then the closest thing is Archetype Earth.

So, how does Shirou adopt Fate. She's not a native to earth and that implies some document forging. Shirou isn't computer savvy enough for that.

No, it never could produce an Ultimate Being. That's why it made a deal with TYPE-MOON to get the next best thing, resulting in True Ancestors.
