A light novel that is written by Takahashi Yashichirō who authored the popular Shakugan no Shana and Illustrated also by Noizi Ito.

The light novel just released a few hours ago, and excited to see what it stored for us....

I think it's like the 'White Prophet' and the 'Catalyst' from the Farseer series of novels. One sees the future; the other changes it. The WP in theory *could* do the Catalyst's job but because of *insert reason here* he/she doesn't.
