it's from D-greyman anime. it's he brother who is obssed with a robot that he creats called Komurin. the robot always distroys things.

Lenalee goes out with a co-worker to find a present for her brother but, because he is really proyective of her he goes on this comedy rampage in the town trying to distroy him. and the dilivery is really funny.
