Quick theory:

Rudolph caused Asumo's death while he was drunk. He was angry because Asumo caused Kyrie pain (the injury of her hand). Now drunk again Kyrie was killed by him, too. He found out that Kyrie was doing things behind his back,(Okonogi's number etc) and kept a memento of Asumo. He got angry and killed Kyrie .

From the description from the story of her corpse, it appeared that Kyrie fought the killer.

-Kyrie did not fight with her killer. She attempted to flee but was caught.
-The many wounds on her body were caused after being killed.

I would like to know the relative strength qualities of Eva, Kumasawa, Kinzo, Nanjo and Rudolf in comparison to Kyrie, as since Kyrie was killed without being able to fight back, she was killed by someone stronger than her.

Very well then.

I will show you the strength qualities by means of inequalities.
From strongest to weakest
Rudolph > Eva > Kinzo > Nanjo > Kyrie > Kumasawa.

Out of these five Kyrie is the weakest after Nanjo, but is still stronger than Kumasawa.

Since Rudolf did not kill anyone, Eva did not fight with Kyrie, Kumasawa is too weak to fight Kyrie, and Kinzo likes his inlaws, Kyrie was killed by Nanjo.

Huh? Now you're just going one by one to see who killed her? I refuse that. I already stated that when accusing someone of being a killer/culprit you must state who they killed, how they did it and why. Just asking me one by one "Who killed Person A" won't get you very far.
