Same way it works when you use a single type attack against a dual type Pokemon, I'd assume. Just it checks two types instead of one. It really isn't complicated.

the problem with bug is that they lack of raw stat

I thought the problem with bug was that their moves sucked? Doesn't matter what type the Pokemon itself is if the attacks of that type are ass. Then again, maybe Gen V changed that.

the only useful Bug is Bug/Steel since the have good defense and tend to have good attack like X-scissor.

everything else suck.

Volcarona is awesome for sure, high Special Attack and Speed too. Simply amazing. Bug/Fire also makes it super awesome against many popular Pokemon. Stealth Rock still hurts a lot though.

If only...

Darn Stealth Rock and stuff makes it hard to field a fire type against them. There's also stuff like Bullet and Mach Punch and its speed making it a huge threat.

Personally I always thought they should have added a new counter to dragon type ever since I first played Pokemon Gold, Clair's Kingdra was brutal.

It seems Pokebeach made a mistake. Chespin's final evolution is Plant/Dark, while Froakie's is Water/Fighting.

Bleh, preferred it the other way. We already have a good Water/Fighting in Poliwrath (maybe not amazing, but good) while Sharpedo is awful, and we got two or three Grass/Dark already, as opposed to just Breloom as a Grass/Fighting.

It's been a while since I looked at XY info, but I finally found out where a certain picture from pixiv originated from.

Anyways, at least the Fire starter didn't evolve into a Fighting type. Assuming the insider info is true, of course.

New fairy type is very interesting. If it is super effective against dragon, it is going to change lot of things. I also heard fairy is going to be strong against dark, so Hydregion is pretty screwed.

And the new Nintendog like feature looks really cool. I think I am going to enjoy petting Pokemon like Snorlax.

Overall, I think the new additions to the game are awesome.
