So I have a few favorite animes, and was wondering if there are any more like them:

Claymore
Blood+
Elfen Lied

I like the happy colorful animes

Anything else like that out there?

Hm, seems like you like shows with action elements and darker undertones with "explicit" content.

Hellsing should be a good bet. It has what you are looking for in spades, and i am sure you will like seeing Alucard in action.

Mnemosyne is a currently ongoing OVA series that has some of what you are looking for.

If you are up for psychological horror instead of action sprinkled bloody scenes, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni should be right up your alley. It is among my favorite animes, and about the only one i can call genuinely creepy.

Gantz definitely has the elements you are looking for, though the cast isn't the most likable ever.

Seconding Mnemosyne, also Baccano!
It was as suggested when I asked pretty much the same question a while ago in another thread. Both could be described as colourful, Baccano being more happy and Mnemosyne having more nudity.

Wow man, those are my top 4 favorite anime. My top 1? FATE/STAY NIGHT!!!111one one.

Simply the best anime EVAR. And anyone who disagrees will be skinned alive.

Speed Grapher is another dark series, that is highly underrated.
